Terms / inquiry and service scope
Good work starts with a written scope.
These terms set the ground rules for using this site and asking about Chicago landscaping, lawn maintenance, mulch installation, hardscaping or property care.
01Who these terms are with
These terms are with Chicagopremierlandscaping, trading at chicagopremierlandscaping.com. The public site presents Chicago Premier Landscaping, described as Chicago's Premier Landscaping & Lawn Care Experts. It is a direct inquiry route for outdoor property work in Chicago and nearby suburbs.
The postal address is 2240 W Walnut St, Chicago, Illinois 60612, Chicago, Illinois, United States. For questions, write to [email protected] or call 464-768-0506. A request for information does not transfer ownership of a property or authorize anyone to act for another person.
02What the site provides
The catalogue explains separate scopes for landscape design, lawn maintenance, mulch installation, hardscaping and seasonal property care. The service descriptions help a visitor describe the work. They are not a survey of a property, construction plan or promise that every listed service suits every site.
Landscape design concerns the relationship between planting beds, existing light and usable outdoor space. Lawn maintenance concerns routine mowing and edge work, not automatic lawn renovation. Mulch installation concerns preparation and placement in existing beds, with clear space around trunks. Hardscaping concerns paved walks and outdoor surfaces, including questions about base condition and drainage. Seasonal property care concerns leaf and bed cleanup rather than routine mowing.
The website does not sell a package, issue a permit, provide engineering approval or replace a site review. Existing conditions, access and the agreed task list control what can be arranged. A general page cannot tell a visitor what lies below a paved surface or planted bed.
03An inquiry is not a purchase
Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. There is no cart, checkout, payment form, account, password or card-data collection. A contact-form submission and a support-chat message are requests for discussion. They do not book a visit, reserve a crew or authorize work.
A figure discussed during the process is an estimate, not a binding quote until the parties accept a written scope that states what is being proposed. An inquiry becomes an order only when the proposed work, price and arrangements have been discussed and both sides explicitly accept the written service terms. An automated receipt or message confirming that an inquiry arrived is not acceptance.
Keep the written scope. It is the useful record if the work area, requested material or access arrangement is later questioned. Contact us before treating a broad service label as permission to add a task.
04How an estimate is shaped
Amounts are discussed in USD. The site does not display prices as binding quotes. An estimate depends on the actual work area, access and conditions described during the inquiry, then on the scope agreed in writing.
- Landscape design is considered against property conditions and the agreed design scope.
- Lawn maintenance is considered against lawn area, access and the requested visit scope.
- Mulch installation is considered against bed area, selected material and preparation.
- Hardscaping is considered against area, material, excavation and site access.
- Seasonal property care is considered against debris volume, property condition and removal scope.
A larger area, changed task, material substitution, difficult access or condition not described at the start can change an estimate. Pavers need a sound base, not just a straight edge. If the base or drainage needs further work, that is a scope question, not a detail to be silently absorbed. Any change in price should be discussed and agreed before additional work is authorized.
05Access and scheduling
The person making an inquiry must be able to arrange work at the property or obtain the necessary authorization. Describe a narrow side passage, gate, steps, shared access or other restriction before agreeing a visit. A site photograph may show a route, but it does not show every buried line, fragile surface or hazard.
Tell us about pets, movable items, irrigation, cables and features that need protection. Do not send a permanent access code in public-facing chat. Access on the day, weather, ground conditions and material delivery can affect the date or the practical scope.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response time or service date. Availability is confirmed directly. If a requested date is important, state that during the discussion rather than treating a form timestamp as a booking.
06Scope changes need agreement
A mowing visit is not a lawn renovation. A mulch request does not automatically include planting, pruning or changes to a paved surface. If the work area or task changes, pause and ask what the change means for the written scope, estimate, materials and timing.
Do not rely on a verbal assumption that an extra task is included. A revised description should identify what is added, what is removed and what remains untouched. Work outside the accepted scope should not be inferred from a photograph or from a general phrase such as property care.
This distinction protects both sides from the common failure mode of agreeing to a broad label, then discovering that access or preparation was never included. The accepted written record governs.
07Materials and existing conditions
Material selection belongs in the estimate conversation. Mulch colour and texture, plant choices, paver type and any other selected material should be identified in the written scope where that level of detail matters. A photograph is not a product sample and screen colour is not a guarantee of how a material looks on site.
Existing soil, drainage, roots, old edging, settled base and the route for moving material can affect the work. Keep mulch clear of the trunk. Pavers can settle where the base is unsuitable. Those are practical conditions to inspect and discuss, not outcomes a web page can certify.
A requested material may require a different preparation or access arrangement. Ask before substituting. No brand, certification, licence or product warranty is supplied by these terms unless it appears in an accepted job-specific writing.
08Cancellations and postponement
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel, postpone or alter an agreed arrangement. Weather, ground conditions, unavailable access or a change in property circumstances may also require a new arrangement. A cancellation is not made by ignoring a message or by submitting a second inquiry.
These terms do not set a standard deposit, cancellation fee or automatic recurring charge. Any applicable arrangement is stated in the accepted written service terms. The website does not take payment, so no online refund process exists here.
If a project cannot proceed as described, the parties can discuss a revised scope or a different date. No new date is promised until it is confirmed directly.
09Use the site for genuine requests
Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate another person, threaten anyone or transmit unlawful material. Do not interfere with the form, chat, hosting service or security controls. Automated requests that disrupt ordinary use are not permitted.
Use contact details you are authorized to use. Keep a message relevant to the property work being discussed. Do not send passwords, payment details, card data or identity documents through the inquiry form or chat. A description of a gate or path does not require another person’s private information.
We may retain a message needed to address abuse or a security incident. The privacy and cookie pages explain the separate handling of personal information and optional advertising storage.
10Text, photographs and marks
The site's text, photographs, visual design and brand marks belong to Chicago Premier Landscaping or their respective rights holders. Reading the pages does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy the logo, reuse a photograph in an advertisement or present the catalogue as another business.
A visitor may read the site and keep a copy for personal reference while considering a landscaping inquiry. Do not remove ownership notices, republish the catalogue as your own or imply that the operator endorses another service. Uses allowed by law remain unaffected.
The photographs show service subjects such as planted beds, mowing, mulch, paving and access. They illustrate the type of work under discussion. They are not identified as completed customer projects, before-and-after evidence, the operator's premises or a record of a specific property.
11Information and job-specific warranty terms
Website information is provided as is for general service discussion. We do not warrant that the pages will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular property decision. A page about a bed edge cannot assess actual soil. A page about pavers cannot establish drainage or the condition of a buried base.
The site offers no blanket published guarantee and does not state a universal service-warranty duration or remedy. Plants respond to growing conditions and ongoing care. Built surfaces depend on the agreed preparation and the conditions found at the site. No page promises that planting survives every Chicago winter or that hardscaping removes every water problem.
Applicable job-specific warranty terms, if any, are agreed in writing with the work scope. They identify their coverage and any relevant care requirements. Statutory rights and remedies are not excluded where applicable law does not allow that exclusion.
12Responsibility and liability
These website terms do not set a monetary liability cap. Responsibility for a service concern is determined by the accepted service agreement and applicable law, taking account of the actual facts. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or remedy where doing so would be unlawful.
Do not use a general page as authorization to begin construction, move another person's property or buy materials for a specific design. Raise a concern directly with the affected area and the written scope. Reporting a concern does not require a visitor to waive a statutory right.
Information sent through a public-facing route should be limited to what is needed for the inquiry. The privacy page describes the records created by the form and chat.
13When access may be refused
Access to a form, chat or other site feature may be restricted when needed to address abuse, security threats or unlawful use. An inquiry may also be declined when access cannot be arranged, the requested work falls outside the described scope or availability does not permit it.
Repeated messages do not create an obligation to accept a job. Ending access to a site feature does not cancel an already accepted service agreement or remove rights under it. If a form is unavailable, call 464-768-0506 or email [email protected] about an existing arrangement.
14Illinois law applies
These terms run under the law of Illinois, United States, with disputes heard in the courts of Chicago. This does not remove a mandatory protection or jurisdictional right that applicable law gives a visitor.
Contact us first with the issue and the relevant written scope so there is a clear record of the concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or impose a special contractual deadline for bringing a legal claim.
15How changes are announced
Changes to these terms are announced by publishing the revised text on this page and changing the effective-date line at the top. The date of this version is October 10, 2026. Review the current page when making a new inquiry.
A later website revision does not by itself rewrite a previously accepted service scope. Storage and advertising choices are separate from acceptance of a service arrangement. Read the cookie statement or use Cookie settings in the footer to change optional storage permission.
