Effective date
This privacy policy took effect on October 10, 2026. It describes the handling in place on that date for the public pages, inquiry form, support chat, consent interface and advertising measurement used by Chicago Premier Landscaping.
Who operates this site
The controller is Chicagopremierlandscaping, trading at chicagopremierlandscaping.com. The operating address is 2240 W Walnut St, Chicago, Illinois 60612, Chicago, Illinois, United States. The business provides professional landscaping, lawn maintenance, mulch installation, hardscaping and property care services throughout Chicago and nearby suburbs.
What the site receives
The inquiry form writes your name, phone, email, property address, kind of enquiry, message, requested specification and consent tick. It automatically records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, the moment the form was rendered and the moment it was sent.
The support chat receives the message body and, when supplied, name, phone, email and consent. It keeps the conversation and a token in your browser so you can return to that chat. The consent choice is stored in the browser under site_consent_v2. The site does not create an account or take payment data.
Advertising measurement can receive click identifiers: gclid from Google, msclkid from Microsoft and fbclid from Meta. Technical requests also produce ordinary server and access log data.
Why each category is used
Form details are used to understand the requested landscaping scope, identify the property when an address is supplied, reply by phone or email and keep the inquiry record. The message and requested specification prevent a lawn maintenance request from being mistaken for hardscaping or a design request.
Chat details are used to continue the conversation and, when you choose to provide contact details, to make an outside-chat reply possible. The token lets the browser ask for the existing conversation. IP address, user agent, referring URL and timestamps support security, troubleshooting and inquiry provenance.
Consent records show the choice made in the consent interface. Click identifiers help Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads attribute a paid visit to a campaign when the relevant storage is allowed.
Legal bases
For visitors in Europe, consent is the legal basis for optional advertising and analytics storage, including the Consent Mode v2 choice. Consent is also the basis for optional advertising measurement linked to that choice. You can decline or withdraw it.
Taking steps at your request before arranging landscaping, and handling an inquiry you send, are based on contract-related steps or your request for those steps. Security, preventing abuse, keeping a reliable inquiry trail and operating the site are legitimate interests. The operator balances those interests against the visitor's rights.
Where a different state law uses different terms, the applicable state privacy law controls the request. No consent is pre-checked for optional categories.
Paid traffic and campaign measurement
google ads, microsoft advertising and Meta Ads send traffic here today. Google Ads attaches gclid to a click, Microsoft Advertising attaches msclkid, and Meta Ads attaches fbclid where a campaign runs there. These identifiers help attribute a visit and the resulting inquiry to an advertising campaign.
Advertising measurement is not a statement that a platform has reviewed, approved or verified this site. No such claim is made here.
Consent Mode v2 and withdrawal
Consent Mode v2, also called consent mode here, holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until the visitor allows storage. When the visitor declines or withdraws, all four signals are set back to denied. Microsoft UET receives the supported advertising-storage decision through its consent commands.
Accepting is affirmative. Declining and customizing have equal practical access. The Cookie settings control in the footer opens the live consent interface again. A storage failure must not prevent a decline from being sent to the interface.
Recipients and service providers
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC receives Google Ads measurement information and consent signals. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd receives Microsoft Advertising measurement information and handles its own privacy practices under the Microsoft privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives Meta Ads information and the fbclid identifier where a campaign runs there.
The hosting provider that serves this site and stores the enquiry database receives the request and server records. The mail provider that carries an inquiry notification to the operator's inbox receives the notification details. These recipients are named by function because the operator's public facts do not identify their trading names.
Transfers beyond the country of collection
These recipients may process information outside the country where it was collected, including in the United States or another country used by the provider. Where European data is transferred, the operator relies on an adequacy decision where one applies, or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the provider's contractual commitments. A transfer is not treated as permission to use data for an unrelated purpose.
Ask the contact address below for the available safeguard information relevant to a particular request.

Security measures
The site limits collection to the inquiry and chat fields described here, uses HTTPS transport where provided by the host, separates public forms from operator-managed areas and uses a server-side handler for saved inquiries. Honeypot fields and server validation help reduce automated submissions. Access to stored inquiries and notification mail is limited to the operator and the providers required to deliver the service.
No online system can promise absolute security. If a security concern affects an inquiry, use the real email address below rather than placing sensitive identity documents in an initial message.
Rights for European visitors
For visitors covered by the gdpr, rights can include access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawing consent. The right to withdraw consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Some rights have conditions or exceptions under the applicable law.
Send a request to [email protected]. The operator may ask for proportionate information to verify the requester. Do not send identity documents in the first message.
United States state rights
US state privacy law applies according to the visitor's location and the law in force. California rights under the ccpa and CPRA can include knowing or accessing personal information, correction, deletion and portability, subject to the statutory limits. California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. This site does not sell information through a cart, checkout or payment flow.
Other state laws in force may provide rights with different scope, response rules or exemptions. A request is assessed under the law that applies to the requester.
Global Privacy Control
The operator honours the global privacy control signal, including the Sec-GPC header, as an opt-out without asking again. It is handled as a request not to allow optional advertising sharing where the applicable law treats the signal that way. You can also use Cookie settings to decline or withdraw storage.
Children
This site is for adults arranging or considering landscaping and property care. It is not directed to children and the operator does not knowingly take data from children. If a child has sent information, a parent or guardian should contact the operator so the record can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
Complaints
You may complain to your state Attorney General. California residents may also complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency in California. Visitors in Europe may complain to a data protection authority in the country where they live, work or believe an infringement occurred. Contacting the operator first is available but is not a condition of making a complaint.
Making a privacy request
Write to [email protected] with the request type, the email or phone previously used and enough context to locate the record. You may also write to 2240 W Walnut St, Chicago, Illinois 60612. The operator answers a data request within 14 days. Proportionate identity verification may be requested after the first message; do not send identity documents in that initial message.
Include whether you want access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or consent withdrawal. A withdrawal can also be made immediately through Cookie settings.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the updated effective date and revised text are published on this page. A material change to the way an optional consent category is used is presented through the site's consent interface where a new choice is required. The policy does not quietly convert a declined choice into an accepted one.
Contact the operator
